Erin is a transformational leader with two decades of architecting operational excellence for premier aviation companies. Recognized throughout the industry for her expertise in revenue optimization, team development, and process innovation, she's the executive brokers and operators consistently seek out for counsel on complex operational challenges. At CFS, Erin spearheads our AOG recovery network expansion and pioneers breakthrough service offerings.

Peter leads financial strategy and operations for Aviation Innovation Holdings with the mindset of a builder who loves being part of scrappy, determined organizations on the rise. With a CPA foundation and deep entrepreneurial experience as co-founder of Joe Chocolate Co., he's shaped a finance function that's both disciplined and innovation-focused.
