CFS MEMBERSHIP
For brokers and operators who fly regularly
Your monthly payment isn't a fee—it's a prepayment. When you need support, your $1,000 credit is applied first. You only pay more if support costs exceed your monthly credit.
- Every flight automatically eligible — no per-trip requests
- Locked-in support rates — consistent pricing by aircraft class during your commitment period
- Priority access — first dibs on premium recovery aircraft
- Your profile, your standards — we know your DNU list and preferred operators
- Enhanced support — custom preferences and greater flexibility during recovery
WHEN AOG STRIKES
Whether you're a member or protecting a single trip, the recovery process is the same.
1
24/7, any day of the year. We capture the critical details—aircraft type, passenger count, mission requirements, timeline, location—and start working immediately.
2
Unlike calling operators one at a time (the traditional nightmare), we contact our entire network at once—all activated in parallel.
3
We evaluate incoming options based on your requirements, timeline, and budget. We present evaluated options with our recommendations. You select the best fit for your client.
4
We reimburse you for the trip delta. Your original charter gets refunded by the operator; CFS covers the difference between your original cost and the replacement aircraft cost, up to 100% of the original charter value.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR PROTECTION
The simple rule: Unscheduled mechanical events within 10 days of departure.
Protected
- Engine, avionics, hydraulics — anything that grounds the aircraft unexpectedly
- From booking through wheels-up, including diversions
- Unscheduled landings due to mechanical issues during flight
- Tail-specific issues discovered during pre-flight inspection
- If tail number is assigned before the issue is reported
- Domestic and international operations
Not Supported
- Outside the protection window
- Planned downtime isn't an emergency
- Mother Nature isn't mechanical
- Crew availability isn't mechanical failure
- Owner decisions aren't mechanical events
- Physical damage, not mechanical failure
HOW FINANCIAL PROTECTION WORKS
When your aircraft goes mechanical, the original operator refunds that charter cost. CFS then provides up to 100% of that original cost toward your replacement aircraft.
The Bottom Line: In 99% of recoveries, you pay nothing extra.
